Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless and privacy-first:

• Records aggregate page-view counts, referrers, and broad geographic regions.
• Does not set cookies or local storage entries.
• Does not track you across websites or build a personal profile.
• Cloudflare does not sell data to third parties.

No consent is required for Cloudflare Web Analytics because it does not process personal data in a way that requires it.

External embeds and comments

Some pages embed third-party services. Currently this site uses Giscus for post comments, hosted on giscus.app and backed by GitHub Discussions.

Loading an external embed may:

• Fetch JavaScript or other resources from the third-party host (giscus.app, github.com).
• Expose your IP address and browser information to those hosts.
• Set cookies or identifiers in your browser if you sign in to comment.

External embeds are blocked by default. A placeholder is shown in their place. They only load after you explicitly click “Allow & load” or choose “Allow external embeds” in the banner that appears on your first visit.

Your choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key embed-consent and persists across visits. No data about your choice is sent to the server.
